South East London-born DJ and presenter Jamz Supernova began her career in the drivetime slot on Reprezent radio where she made a name for herself serving up music from the next wave of artists and producers across grime, bass, house, hip-hop, trap and more.
She’s is the founder of Future Bounce which she established as a show at Reprezent and now runs as a club night which celebrates the very best DJs and artists from across the global DIY scene.
Since the age of 19 Jamz has been working at BBC’s 1Xtra station where she presents a weekly show and she’s also sat it for the likes of Toddla T and Benji B on sister station BBC Radio 1. She’s got a busy summer ahead of her this year, with her debut appearance at at Sonar. She also pops up at Lost and Found, Love Saves the Day, Parklife, Detonate, Ibiza Rocks, Farr Festival, Nass and Lovebox.
Like many of us she’s a TV boxset junkie and for this episode of Talk The Line we’re discussing the work of Shonda Rhimes, the hugely influential television producer, screenwriter, and author who created shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal – affectionally known as the Shondaverse!
